John Muir Disaster Supplies Day

Thank you all for coming to this activity! We all got some serious (and for some of us--desperately needed!) exercise, lugging 5 gallon water and restocking supplies. Plus it was interesting get an inside look at how schools stay ready for disasters--just another example of Red Cross' involvement in our community.
Mr. Sherman, the principal of John Muir, graciously said, our team "was energetic, focused and very effective." Speaking for his kids, he thanked us: "Having our big brothers and sisters help out was very much appreciated."

So keep up the good work everyone and go to activities!
